Dr. Mariana Wilde Reid was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and was raised in Miami, Florida.

She studied at Florida International University where she earned her undergraduate Bachelors of Science degree. She then pursued her education at Nova Southeastern University where earned a second bachelors degree in Vision Sciences as well as her Doctorate of Optometry.

She completed her ocular disease training at Dorn Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Columbia, SC and at Indian Health Services in Fort Washakie, WY. While completing her coursework, Dr. Reid was active in SVOSH (Volunteer Optometric Services for Humanity) and spent time providing medical outreach to underserved populations in Peru and helping them access vision and ocular health care.

Dr. Reid is proud to be bilingual (she is fluent in both English and Spanish) and is devoted to providing thorough primary eye care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Dr. Reid is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Colorado Optometric Association. She enjoys traveling, yoga and spending time with her family.
