Dr. Thu Cao

Dr. Thu (pronounced “Tu”) grew up in southwest Denver since childhood. She received a bachelor's degree in biology at the University of Denver, and a doctor of optometry degree at Indiana University School of Optometry. She completed her externships in Indianapolis, IN, Louisville, KY, and Biloxi, MS, emphasizing in contact lenses and pediatrics. She has done missionary work in Mexico, and plans to travel to other rural areas in the world to offer her volunteer services in optometry. Her native language is Vietnamese. Dr. Thu is a member of the American Optometric Association, as well as the Colorado Optometric Association.

She enjoys traveling and activities involving the outdoors, such as hiking, biking, camping, and skiing. She also enjoys playing tennis, volleyball, and table tennis.
